Today I watched a documentary on MLK and when they got to that day in Memphis, TN, (which I told myself was coming), I just had to sit and cry in class because this man was so great for our world and we killed him… what kind of response is that? What kind of society does that? Responding to this non-violent great soul with such violence.. I am in moral shame..
